Born and raised in North Minneapolis, Minnesota, and later shaped by life in a nurturing country town, Jennifer developed a deep heart for advocacy from an early age. Her passion for children’s wellbeing has taken her across Central America, Asia, Africa, and Australia, where she has travelled with her sons, embracing diverse cultures and experiences along the way.

Holding a degree in Teaching, Jennifer has spent years reading stories to children, fostering a love of literature, and encouraging young minds to explore their own creativity through writing. Her life experiences, both at home and abroad, richly inform her storytelling.
